Guide to Benefits in relation to disability – Anna Elwell

Anna works in the PPM Department at Anthony Collins LLP as a Legal Caseworker – helping support Court of Protection clients who often have catastrophic injuries and disabilities.

She assists clients with life administration – including applying for benefit, challenging DWP decisions – particularly the Personal Independence Payment benefit that is available for people with disabilities. She also help with care fees, financial assessments, care workers, applying for direct payments.

Employment Rights – Michael Brownlee

Michael is a trainee solicitor who is currently experiencing a variety of legal practice at Anthony Collins LLP and will qualify in 2022. Having completed one his training seats in the Employment Team, he has a natural interest in employment law and has a passion for ensuring people are treated fairly and within the law in the work place setting.
